Professional Designers and Screen Printers from Babbarra Women's Centre, Injalak Arts and Merrepen Arts spent 10 days working with Publisher Textiles in Sydney. Participants visited established textile houses and design businesses to further understand the potential of their product. ProMo accompanied the artists.

COOLART wetlands '16

ProMo was proud to be selected for the inaugural Coolart Spring Summer Artist Residency at the beautiful Coolart Homestead and Wetlands. An iconic late-Victorian mansion surrounded by gardens and natural habitat, the natural and historical values of the property are now protected by Parks Victoria. 

EAT SLEEP REPEAT 2017

Working with Katherine Regional Arts and the dynamic Katherine community, this 3 week project featured Sydney ceramic artist Yasmin Smith. Participants learned techniques specific to the domestic arts, translating said mediums to an outdoor context. Extreme in climate, many Katherine locals enjoy a life in the rough.
